Clinical services:

  • Medical-psychiatric, and neurological consultation and treatment: In-office, tele-health, house calls.
  • Long-term exploratory (psychodynamic) psychotherapy, including in the presence of serious medical and psychosomatic illness.
  • Evaluations and second opinions in psychopharmacology.
  • Office consultations, house calls, and international consultation visits are offered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Initial consultation appointments are usually available within 1-2 days.
  • To maintain an exceptional level of access, comfort, confidentiality, and clinical care for our patients, professional fees for all services are exclusively private-pay. We are not part of Medicare or Medicaid, nor do we accept any commercial insurance. Some patients choose to submit statements to out-of-network or international insurances.

    An important note on first-time appointments:
    We offer a very limited number of in-office appointments each month due to high demand. Since the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations, which has impacted our ability to serve all patients fairly and efficiently.

    Prepayment Requirement

    To ensure fairness and maintain our scheduling system, we require prepayment for all first-time consultations. This policy applies to all patients without exception.
